Can All You Can Workshop Series – Part 2 – Preserving Fruits

6:30-8:30pm Peterborough Public Health, 185 King Street, Peterborough
Participants will have the opportunity to learn both safe waterbath canning techniques and ideas for putting up seasonal bounty. All recipes will contain locally grown ingredients purchased the day before at the Peterborough Downtown Farmers’ Market and will reflect produce that is most bountiful this season. Classes at $35 each or $100 for all three in the series. More information by emailing growing@nourishproject.ca
